Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: Percentage of collections with true-up adjustments

Expected Earnings: $250,000–$350,000 annually

Daily Guarantee: Base salary of approx. $125,000 guaranteed

The Opportunity
This full-time role offers a predictable 4-day weekday schedule (7 a.m.–3 p.m.), no evenings or weekends, and consistent patient flow.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal associate is:

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

Licensed (or able to obtain) in Illinois
